Brentwood, Tenn. (January 31, 2022) – LifePoint Health®, a leading healthcare company dedicated to Making Communities Healthier®, has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Jessica (Jessie) Beegle to the newly created role of senior vice president and chief innovation officer.
In this role, Beegle will provide leadership and strategic direction as LifePoint continues to identify and build innovative capabilities that further improve quality, access and patient health outcomes, while also accelerating the growth of the company. Additionally, she will help support and advance the efforts of LifePoint Forward, the organization’s enterprise strategy for driving innovation. Essential to this work will be her engagement with new healthtech startup incubator 25m Health, a joint venture with LifePoint and New York-based venture studio 25madison, which was launched in November 2021 and serves as the central innovation engine for the company.

Beegle joins the company from Walgreens Health, where she led commercialization for the new consumer-centric, technology-enabled healthcare business unit. Prior to this, she drove consumer health efforts at Google and was the founding member of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare & Life Sciences business. She began her career at General Electric (GE), supporting the global growth of GE's health strategy.
Beegle is an active advisor and Board Member for numerous health technology companies such as Science37 and Arterys. She also volunteers with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and the American Cancer Society. She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Georgia, and is a graduate of the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
