Brown named treasurer and vice president, finance and investor relations
Brentwood, Tenn. (August 17, 2022) – LifePoint Health®, a diversified healthcare delivery network dedicated to its mission of Making Communities Healthier®, today announced that Elliott Brown has been promoted to treasurer and vice president of finance and investor relations for the company. In this expanded leadership role, Brown will broaden his scope of responsibilities and financial oversight to include close coordination with executive leadership on investor relations, managing debt rating agency relationships, banking relationships and lender coordination; and collaborating with the chief financial officer (CFO) and operational leadership on forecasting, modeling and analysis.

Brown joined LifePoint Health in 2010, most recently serving as vice president, finance since 2018. During his nearly twelve years with the company, Brown has been responsible for the company’s consolidated financial reporting functions and has served as a key member of the financial leadership team, facilitating a number of transactions and financing activities during a period of tremendous growth and change within the organization. Before his tenure at LifePoint, Brown worked for Ernst & Young, LLP as senior associate, assurance services.
He earned a Master of Science in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration, accounting from Auburn University. He is currently an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
