“Adam is a proven leader, as evidenced by his years in executive leadership roles both at our sister facility in Lawrenceburg and in previous hospitals,” said Dave VanBuskirk, chair of the board of trustees for STRHS – Winchester and STRHS – Sewanee. “His relentless focus on community engagement, physician recruitment and leadership development for his team members help him build dynamic interdisciplinary teams who are equipped to achieve patient safety and quality care objectives. We are excited to welcome him to the Winchester and Sewanee communities and look forward to working with him to continue to drive the positive momentum we have seen at STRHS – Winchester and STRHS – Sewanee as we expand the ways we serve our region.”

“I am honored to join the teams at STRHS – Winchester and STRHS - Sewanee,” said Martin. “I know this is a high-performing and talented team that is consistently raising the bar as they deliver quality care to patients, and I look forward to partnering with them as we find new paths forward together.”
