David M. Dill
President and Chief Executive Officer
David Dill is president and chief executive officer of LifePoint Health. In this role, he is responsible for the development and oversight of LifePoint’s strategic priorities and organizational growth, advancing the company’s mission and strengthening its culture enterprise-wide. He joined LifePoint in 2007 as executive vice president and chief financial officer before serving in his most recent role as president and chief operating officer from 2009 to 2018. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its footprint to 89 hospital campuses, with revenue growing from $3 billion in 2009 to more than $8 billion in 2018, and enhanced its focus on quality and patient safety.
Before joining LifePoint, David was executive vice president of Fresenius Medical Care North America and chief executive officer in the East Division of Fresenius Medical Care Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA. David is a former chairman of the board for the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and currently serves as a member of the FAH's board and Executive Committee. He is also vice-chair of the board of directors for the Nashville Health Care Council, a member of the board of directors of the American Heart Association's Greater Southeast Affiliate and a member of the board of trustees for the Murray State University Foundation.

Michael S. Coggin
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mike Coggin serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer for LifePoint Health, providing the company corporate and healthcare finance leadership.
Previously, Mike served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer for LifePoint since December 2008. In that role, he was responsible for the company's external financial reporting, corporate accounting and consolidation functions, tax functions and internal control compliance requirements. Additionally, he has held certain responsibilities associated with the company's treasury and finance functions.
Prior to joining LifePoint, Mike was chief financial officer of Specialty Care Services Group. He also served in finance leadership positions for Renal Care Group, Inc., from April 2004 until its acquisition by Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA in March 2006. He began his professional career as an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Victor E. Giovanetti, FACHE
Executive Vice President, Hospital Operations
As executive vice president, hospital operations, Victor Giovanetti provides operational oversight for LifePoint's four hospital divisions, as well as quality and clinical operations for the company. Previously, he served as president of LifePoint Health's former Eastern Group of hospitals. Victor joined LifePoint in 2013 as chief operating officer for the Eastern Group, before becoming Western Group president in 2015.
A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Victor has more than 30 years of progressive management and leadership experience in operations, legal, financial, clinical and strategic aspects of healthcare administration. He joined LifePoint in 2013 from HCA Lewis-Gale Regional Health System in Roanoke, Virginia, where he was president. Previously, he was CEO and COO of Southern Hills Medical Center, a 120-bed hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, and in operations management for the Mid-America Division of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Earlier in his career, Victor served in various management roles with HCA, Symbion and other healthcare organizations in Georgia.

Rob Jay
Executive Vice President, Integrated Operations
Rob Jay is executive vice president of integrated operations for LifePoint Health. In this role, he oversees integration, physician services, ambulatory (post-acute) services, growth and outreach, service line development, information technology, medical informatics, revenue cycle management, and managed care and payor transformation for the company.
Before joining LifePoint Health, Rob served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for RCCH HealthCare Partners, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to RCCH, he spent seven years at Vanguard Health Systems (now Tenet Healthcare), where he served in a variety of operations and development positions, including vice president, supply chain management and vice president, development.

Jennifer Peters
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
In her role as executive vice president and general counsel at LifePoint Health, Jennifer Peters represents the company's interests in all legal matters impacting the organization; provides strategic legal guidance to the company's senior leadership and board of directors; oversees the company's corporate governance work; and manages the business of the legal department, ensuring the delivery of consistent legal guidance across the organization and in each of the communities LifePoint serves.
Prior to her current role, she was senior vice president, chief operations counsel. Before joining LifePoint, Jennifer served as general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer for Simplex Healthcare, and vice president and associate general counsel at Community Health Systems prior to that. She also served as vice president and was part of the senior leadership team at a hospital in York, Pennsylvania for six years.

Sonny Terrill
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
As executive vice president, human resources for LifePoint Health, Sonny Terrill is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. His areas of focus include compensation and benefits, employee relations, succession planning, performance management and other human resources programs that align with the company's philosophies and business objectives.
Sonny has three decades of HR experience, including executive coaching, full-cycle talent management and management of large scale system and organizational integration. Before joining LifePoint, he served in a number of leadership roles, most recently as executive vice president, chief human resources officer for BrightSpring Health and human resources officer for CIGNA. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Jamie Carter
President, Eastern Division
As president of LifePoint Health's Eastern Division, Jamie Carter is responsible for operational oversight of LifePoint's hospitals in Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia. He most recently served as chief operating officer (COO) for LifePoint's former Eastern Group of facilities.
Jamie has more than 25 years of industry leadership experience. Prior to joining LifePoint, he served as chief executive officer (CEO) of Baptist Health Medical Center in Conway, Arkansas. Before that, he was COO of Methodist University Hospital – an academic medical center that is part of Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare System in Memphis, Tennessee. Previous to his tenure at Methodist, he served in executive leadership roles for several other hospitals and healthcare facilities. Throughout his career, he has led significant initiatives in the areas of patient- and family-centered care, physician recruitment, facility renovations and residency and fellowship programs.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Sandra C. Podley
President, Western Division
As president of LifePoint Health's Western Division, Sandra Podley is responsible for LifePoint's hospitals in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Prior to her current role, she held multiple leadership roles for the nine-hospital Presbyterian Healthcare Services in New Mexico, most recently as senior vice president (SVP) of hospital operations. Before her tenure with Presbyterian Healthcare Services, she served in various leadership roles for several facilities, including as CEO for Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Los Alamos Medical Center in Los Alamos, New Mexico.
She serves on the Executive Committee of the New Mexico Hospital Association, for which she is a past chair, as well as the boards of directors for United Way of Central New Mexico and Tricore Clinical Laboratory, and the Regional Policy Board of the American Hospital Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and a Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

Cherie Sibley
President, Central Division
As president of LifePoint Health's Central Division, Cherie Sibley is responsible for LifePoint's hospitals in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.
Cherie has been with LifePoint Health since 2001, most recently serving as chief operating officer (COO) for LifePoint's former Central Group of hospitals. Prior to that, she was chief executive officer (CEO) of Clark Regional Medical Center (CRMC), a LifePoint hospital in Winchester, Kentucky. During her time at CRMC, she was named LifePoint's CEO of the Year in 2015 and was instrumental in the hospital becoming the first Duke LifePoint Quality Affiliate designee. Prior to CRMC, she held numerous other leadership roles across the organization, including as COO of Danville Regional Medical Center in Danville, Virginia, and chief nursing officer (CNO) and COO of Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, Alabama.
She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from South University in Montgomery, Alabama.

Robert B. Wampler, CPA
President, Mountain Division
As president of LifePoint Health's Mountain Division, Robert Wampler is responsible for operational oversight of LifePoint's hospitals in Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
Robert has 30 years of divisional and single hospital operations management experience, including as senior vice president (SVP) and division president, and SVP and division chief operating officer (COO) for RCCH HealthCare Partners, prior to coming to LifePoint. Before RCCH, he served in a number of industry leadership positions, including SVP-COO, hospital operations at Capella Healthcare, vice president (VP) and division chief financial officer (CFO) for both Province Healthcare and LifePoint Hospitals, and controller, CFO and CEO for Community Health Systems.
He has previously served on the boards of the Tennessee Hospital Association, United Way and the Morristown, Tennessee Chamber of Commerce. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
