Emerging Talent Programs

Our Emerging Talent Programs are proven innovative solutions to provide career development opportunities that are designed to advance clinical knowledge, enhance personal talents and promote healthcare specialty collaboration.

For emerging clinicians in a variety of healthcare professions, we provide internships and rotations through academic partnerships nationwide. Current employees may advance their skills and earn industry-recognized certifications through specialty educational programs, including online learning and in-person instruction and support. Supporting new graduates and current employees in this way enhances individual career pathways and promotes excellence in patient care.  

Leadership development

Training and education are vital elements of our leadership and talent development strategy. Our CEO, CFO and CNO development programs, like our customized Executive Fellows Program, allow us to cultivate leaders for the future and promote high-potential talent from within our Lifepoint family.  

Our online LifeTalent Center and other programs give employees convenient access to training and educational opportunities that help them achieve professional and personal performance goals.

Performance management

Continuous feedback and individual accountability are fundamentals of success.
