Wythe County Community Hospital serves residents of Wythe and Bland counties and the surrounding area with a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services at its 100-bed acute care facility and various physician practices. It is fully accredited by The Joint Commission.

Boyd Museum, the Wytheville Heritage Museum and the Stephen F. Austin Memorial.
